The Makeup Artist delivers personalized in-store beauty experiences, contributes makeup expertise and customer service, supports events, and maintains visual merchandising standards. Makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred, though amateur-level experience is welcome; retail point-of-sale software experience and availability for varied retail hours are required. The role is full-time and regular.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute creative and technical makeup expertise and a passion for people to customer interactions.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise; amateur-level experience is welcome.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in Taiwan if invited to interview.
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred.
