Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a beauty advisor to deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and cosmetic consultations across prestige retail locations in Spartanburg. The role combines creative expertise with technical knowledge to create an inspirational in-store experience through visual merchandising execution, promotional event support, and product education. This is a freelance position staffed through Randstad Sourceright, requiring flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: Previous retail or beauty industry experience
