Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store consultations and drive customer engagement through product expertise and visual merchandising excellence. This freelance position, staffed through Randstad at Estée Lauder retail locations, combines technical beauty knowledge with authentic customer service in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor to maximize brand impact
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active knowledge of Bobbi Brown product offerings, features, application techniques, and brand story to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
