Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare advice to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail sales floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain active product knowledge across Bobbi Brown offerings, including application techniques and features
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
- Regularly stand, walk, and physically manage merchandise up to 25 lbs on the retail sales floor
Qualifications
