Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor for on-call freelance retail support at its San Jose location. In this role, the candidate will deliver personalized customer consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, and coordinate in-store promotional events while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and coordinate in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain active product knowledge of Bobbi Brown offerings, application techniques, and skincare benefits to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution
