Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks an experienced beauty advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and educate customers on makeup application techniques and skincare solutions. The role combines creative expertise with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, including visual merchandising execution and support of in-store promotional events. This is a freelance position staffed by Randstad at The Estée Lauder Companies retail locations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare advice to in-store customers with a focus on brand product education
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor to drive brand perception
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to maximize customer engagement and conversion
• Maintain active knowledge of Bobbi Brown product offerings, features, application techniques, and brand heritage to educate and inspire customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a luxury retail environment
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic pace setting
• Legal authorization to work in the United States with proof upon hire
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with retail sales execution and customer-facing service delivery (preferred)

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; however, demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service is essential for success in this role.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
