The role combines creative artistry, product expertise, and exceptional customer service to drive engagement through visual merchandising, promotional events, and tailored beauty education. This dynamic position is staffed through Randstad at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations and offers flexible scheduling across day, evening, weekend, and event shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual customer preferences and needs
- Execute visually compelling merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail counter to maximize brand impact
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active, current knowledge of Bobbi Brown product offerings, features, application techniques, and brand positioning to educate customers authentically
- Collaborate seamlessly with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and deliver an optimal customer experience during all scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
