Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a dynamic freelance Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized customer service and beauty consultations at retail locations in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role combines creative and technical expertise to create inspiring in-store experiences through product education, visual merchandising execution, and promotional event support. Working in partnership with store teams, the advisor will maintain brand presentation standards while engaging customers with authentic product knowledge and consultative service in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor
• Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs

Skills

Experience

Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred, along with familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
