Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and provide inspirational in-store experiences at its retail location in Oakbrook, Illinois. The role combines creative expertise with customer engagement, encompassing product demonstrations, visual merchandising execution, and promotional event support. This on-call freelance position requires flexible availability across retail hours to maintain high service standards and drive brand engagement in a prestige beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations that educate and delight in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain current knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively advise customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
