Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and cultivate inspirational customer experiences at its retail location in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This freelance role combines creative expertise and product knowledge to execute visual merchandising, drive promotional events, and maintain elevated brand standards in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with store teams to optimize floor operations and drive customer engagement through authentic, personalized service delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store patrons
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail sales floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active product knowledge of brand offerings, features, application techniques, and color matching capabilities
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution preferred
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong customer service capabilities and demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic service in a retail environment will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
