The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer service and beauty consultations, maintains visual merchandising standards, supports promotional events and product demonstrations, and collaborates with store teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a freelance assignment staffed at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, with Randstad as the employer of record; the hourly pay range is $21.60–$32.40.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of Bobbi Brown product offerings, features and application techniques to educate customers effectively.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with a retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials.
• Ability to reach, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
