Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a freelance Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and inspirational in-store experiences in the Minneapolis area. This on-call position combines customer engagement, visual merchandising execution, and product expertise to create lasting brand impact. The role encompasses flexible retail hours, in-store events coordination, and collaborative floor operations within a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail sales floor
- Support and coordinate in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain current knowledge of Bobbi Brown product offerings, application techniques, and features to effectively educate and advise customers
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
- Ability to obtain and provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; familiarity with customer-facing retail environments and sales execution is advantageous.
