Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a creative and engaging Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and inspirational customer experiences across retail locations. The successful candidate will execute visual merchandising displays, support in-store promotional events, and maintain advanced product knowledge while collaborating with store teams to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to established brand standards across the retail sales floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and beauty workshops to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active, comprehensive knowledge of brand product offerings, application techniques, and features to educate and guide customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
- Proven flexibility to work variable retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with ability to provide documentation upon hire or interview

Experience
