Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and exceptional customer service at its Hartford, Connecticut retail location. This on-call freelance position requires combining creative and technical expertise to provide inspirational in-store experiences, execute visual merchandising displays, and support promotional events. The role involves educating customers on product offerings and application techniques while maintaining high retail standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs

Experience
