Randstad is recruiting highly skilled beauty advisors for freelance assignment at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, including Bobbi Brown counters. The position combines creative expertise and authentic customer service to deliver personalized consultations, execute visual merchandising, and support promotional events in a dynamic retail environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong product knowledge, flexibility with retail scheduling, and proven ability to engage customers in a fast-paced setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Ability to provide proof of legal work authorization in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on retail sales floor
