Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and inspirational beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clients
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including brand offerings, features, and application techniques
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
