Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and create an inspirational retail experience across its Denver location. The role combines creative expertise with customer-facing excellence to educate clientele on product offerings, execute visual merchandising standards, and facilitate promotional events. This freelance position operates within a fast-paced, high-performing team environment under the staffing and employment of Randstad.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare/makeup advice to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and coordinate in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and brand activation to drive customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including brand offerings, features, application techniques, and ingredient benefits
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during all scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: Previous retail or beauty industry experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution
