As a Beauty Advisor for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, this on-call freelance position combines creative expertise and genuine passion for customer engagement to deliver a personalized, inspirational in-store experience. The role entails providing beauty consultations, executing visual merchandising displays, supporting in-store promotional events, and collaborating with retail team members to maintain operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge, and availability for flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual customer needs
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor to stand out against competitors
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain active knowledge of Bobbi Brown product offerings, features, application techniques, and brand positioning to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (proof required upon hire/interview)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating strong customer-facing service capabilities and familiarity with a retail sales environment will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific educational credentials are not required for this role.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
