Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and comprehensive beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
- Handle product packaging and display materials, including merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail or beauty industry setting is preferred. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty, cosmetics, or retail-related education or certification is preferred but not required.
