As a skilled beauty advisor for Bobbi Brown, you will leverage creative and technical expertise to deliver welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. Combining consultative selling with hands-on makeup application, you will assess client needs, recommend appropriate products, and maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards. Collaborating with a high-performing retail team, you will execute in-store events and promotional campaigns while upholding the brand's prestige beauty positioning.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences
• Execute professional makeup applications and techniques using Bobbi Brown products
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure aesthetically pleasing product displays that reinforce brand positioning
• Actively participate in promotional events, marketing campaigns, and in-store activations
• Cultivate customer satisfaction and loyalty through authentic, inspirational customer service
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve store performance objectives

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proof of right to live and work in Hungary

Skills

Experience

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating amateur-level makeup skills combined with strong customer service aptitude are welcomed. General retail experience is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education required; makeup artistry qualification or certified training program participation is preferred but not mandatory.
