Bobbi Brown Cosmetics seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and curated product experiences for customers at its Austin retail location. Working on a freelance basis, the Advisor will execute visual merchandising, conduct product demonstrations, and support promotional events while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of brand offerings and application techniques. This role requires flexibility to support the retail team during peak trading periods and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active technical knowledge of brand product portfolios, features, and application methodologies
- Collaborate with retail team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
