Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, personalized in-store makeup consultations and application services to customers
- Create and execute in-store events and beauty demonstrations to drive engagement and sales impact

- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage techniques, and brand heritage

Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise at amateur level or above

Experience

Education
Formal qualification in makeup artistry, cosmetology, or beauty-related certification is preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent is expected.
