Senior Watchmaker position at Blancpain/Swatch Group in Sydney; precision horology and mechanical watch expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble, adjust, and service high-precision mechanical watches according to exacting brand standards
- Perform detailed diagnostic work and repair of complex watch movements and complications
- Execute precision adjustments and regulation of timepieces to achieve chronometric accuracy
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all service and restoration work
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with luxury brand specifications
- Train and mentor junior watchmakers on technical procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Master-level horology certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical watch assembly and regulation

Experience
