Blancpain Sales Advisor position in Paris. Fixed-term contract in luxury watchmaking retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in the boutique with professionalism and discretion
- Provide detailed product knowledge regarding Blancpain watches, complications, and heritage
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through attentive service
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and client documentation
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury goods or watchmaking
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Refined presentation and discretion
- Knowledge of luxury customer service standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in horology or high-end jewelry.
Education
Secondary education required; further qualification in luxury retail, horology, or business is advantageous.
