Blancpain seeks a Sales Advisor in Paris to deliver exceptional service in our prestige watchmaking boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with refined hospitality, assessing their needs and preferences
- Present Blancpain timepieces with articulate knowledge of horological heritage, technical specifications, and design philosophy
- Conduct personalised sales consultations, building client relationships and ensuring lasting brand loyalty
- Maintain meticulous product knowledge across the full collection and current boutique inventory
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation at the highest standards
- Process transactions and manage after-sales services including warranty and servicing protocols
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or client-facing luxury services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in French and English
- Refined demeanor and impeccable personal presentation befitting a prestige timepiece boutique
- Passion for watchmaking heritage and horological craftsmanship
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or equivalent client-facing luxury hospitality role; prior experience in watchmaking, jewelry, or prestige goods preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in luxury management, hospitality, or related field is an asset.
