Blancpain seeks a Sales Advisor in Geneva to guide clients through luxury timepiece collections while delivering exceptional service and achieving commercial targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with elegance, professionalism, and discretion, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend appropriate timepieces
- Present Blancpain collections, novel releases, and exceptional pieces while articulating the historical narrative, technical specifications, and craftsmanship behind each creation
- Actively contribute to sales targets through client engagement and relationship development with both local and international clientele
- Develop and retain a bespoke client portfolio, ensuring attentive follow-up and long-term relationship cultivation
- Participate in exclusive brand events and product launches to enhance client engagement and brand immersion
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring products and window displays are presented to the highest aesthetic standards
- Preserve an impeccable retail environment consistent with Blancpain's luxury positioning and quality requirements
- Execute administrative and point-of-sale operations related to transactions with accuracy and precision
- Support inventory management and stock monitoring activities
- Advise clients on maintenance, repair, and after-sales services to ensure post-purchase satisfaction
- Track and manage service requests with proactive, transparent communication throughout the client journey
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail or high-end sales environments
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages preferred)
- Profound knowledge of watchmaking, horology, or luxury goods
- Ability to engage discerning clientele with cultural sensitivity and discretion
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
