Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials covering products, collections, brand history, storytelling, and sales techniques for e-learning, classroom, and in-store delivery channels
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create training content aligned with brand strategy and product launch activations
  • Ensure training materials meet luxury retail standards and remain consistent, relevant, and up-to-date across all platforms
  • Deliver in-person training modules and in-store coaching sessions to elevate selling ceremonies, hospitality standards, and overall customer experience
  • Animate and conduct webinars through the e-learning platform to foster direct connection between boutique sales teams and headquarters
  • Organize and deploy training through train-the-trainer programs to ensure scalable knowledge distribution
  • Develop and enhance the e-learning platform, enriching content and media to support evolving business needs
  • Manage the e-learning platform community, track user performance, and maintain relationship with platform vendors and content providers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and delivering retail training programs in a luxury goods environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing multi-channel training content (e-learning, classroom, in-store)
  • Strong knowledge of luxury retail standards, sales techniques, and customer experience excellence
