Blancpain seeks a Retail Sales Advisor in London (New Bond St) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in the Blancpain boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling of Blancpain timepieces and accessories.
- Develop and maintain an accurate client database; execute clienteling activities and follow-up communications to support CRM strategies.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Blancpain collections, movements and technical features during client consultations.
- Ensure boutique standards for visual merchandising, display, housekeeping and product presentation are consistently met.
- Manage transactional duties including POS operations, cash handling, order processing and accurate reporting of sales activity.
- Support stock management processes: inventory control, receiving, tagging and reconciliation in collaboration with boutique management.
- Represent the brand at in-store events and private viewings; coordinate with regional teams for VIP appointments and special projects.
- Comply with brand security, after-sales and warranty procedures, as well as local regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury watches, jewellery or high-end fashion boutiques.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships in a premium environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in transactional and stock-related tasks.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings, and to participate in special events.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of frontline sales experience within luxury retail is preferred; specific experience selling mechanical watches or high-value luxury goods is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail, hospitality or sales is desirable.
