Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the communication team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior communication role within the luxury sector.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and media relations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within the luxury industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paudex, Vaud, Switzerland, with easy access to Lausanne.
