Blancpain seeks experienced CNC Programmer in Delémont, Switzerland. Program machining centers for luxury watch components.
Role & Responsibilities
- Program dual-spindle machining centers with milling and turning capabilities, including grinding operations where applicable
- Define tooling specifications and machining strategies to optimize production efficiency
- Optimize machining cycle times and establish action plans to meet production objectives
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Conduct first-article runs and actively participate in initial setups and adjustments
- Update program records and machining sheets with refinements and modifications
- Consult production routing and articles within the ERP system
- Ensure strict adherence to quality system requirements and manufacturing standards
- Apply workplace safety rules and operational directives
- Provide technical support to workshop operators and production teams
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Certificate of Competency) in Polymechanics or equivalent qualification
- Multiple years of professional experience in CNC programming
- Proficiency with GibbsCAM software
- Mastery of ISO (Fanuc) programming language; Siemens language proficiency is advantageous
- Experience in watch case and bracelet manufacturing is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative team orientation

Education
CFC (Federal Certificate of Competency) in Polymechanics or equivalent technical qualification.
