Blancpain seeks Client Advisor for new Sydney boutique opening November 2026. Luxury retail role combining heritage watchmaking expertise with exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service using the Blancpain sales ceremony and brand protocols
  • Build and maintain strong client and VIP relationships to drive retention and repeat business
  • Support the boutique team in achieving sales targets and performance objectives
  • Develop and maintain an accurate client database with comprehensive CRM records
  • Maintain superior brand and product knowledge across all Blancpain collections
  • Complete daily stock counts, stock processing, and inventory management with precision
  • Uphold boutique presentation, housekeeping, and visual merchandising standards
  • Organise and manage back-up stock, packaging, and boutique materials efficiently
  • Attend training sessions and continuously develop expertise in watchmaking heritage and technical specifications
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing boutique team environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector
  • Proven customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship and exceptional service delivery
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Good computer literacy and CRM system experience
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
  • An eye for visual merchandising and boutique design
  • Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience highly regarded
