Blancpain Brand Manager role in Hong Kong & Macau: Lead luxury brand strategy, sales, and operations across the region for The Swatch Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Blancpain global objectives, creating sustainable growth in market share and profitability
- Set ambitious sales objectives and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends across retail boutiques and channels
- Oversee retail network expansion, boutique operations, negotiations with luxury retail partners, and ensure adherence to global brand standards
- Lead execution of annual marketing and PR plans, including advertising, digital marketing, VIP events, and clienteling programs
- Collaborate with headquarters to determine optimal product assortment, conduct sales forecasting, and manage inventory optimization across retail points
- Conduct continuous P&L analysis, drive annual budgeting processes, and report key performance insights to HQ and local stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury brand management with demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, sales, and marketing
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role with proven leadership of teams in dynamic environments
- Deep understanding of the luxury sector, consumer behaviors, and market trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability and results-driven orientation
