Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
