Blancpain Boutique Manager position in Madrid – lead luxury retail operations for the world's premier watch manufacturer in Spain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Cultivate an exceptional customer experience aligned with Blancpain's luxury heritage and brand values
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and boutique presentation to reflect brand standards
- Develop clienteling strategies and build lasting relationships with VIP customers
- Monitor financial performance, P&L management, and operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, merchandising protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a boutique or store manager in luxury retail, preferably watches or high-end goods
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and clienteling practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
