Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coach the boutique team to deliver exemplary client service and consistently meet sales objectives.
- Oversee daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, sales administration and accurate submission of sales, stock and expense reports.
- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets and implement initiatives to maximise boutique performance and conversion.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits and ensure secure handling and storage of high-value merchandise.
- Manage client reservations, waiting lists and after-sales service coordination, ensuring timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.
- Support and deliver staff training programs on product knowledge, selling techniques and customer experience standards.
- Maintain boutique presentation and a luxury environment in strict accordance with brand visual and grooming standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and support CRM activities, events and in-store promotions to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, preferably within watches, jewelry or premium timepieces.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing boutique performance metrics.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience in staff training, coaching and team development.
- Excellent organisational skills including cash handling, stock control and accurate sales reporting.
- Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.
- Right to work in Thailand and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or boutique environments, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant-manager capacity; direct experience with watches or high-value jewellery is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management or equivalent preferred.
