Birks is hiring a Key Holder and Sales Advisor for its Fairview store in Pointe-Claire. The role supports sales and store operations, leads the sales floor in management’s absence, and delivers a luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Support sales and performance goals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor.
- Maintain store presentation standards.
- Support inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Lead store operations in the absence of store management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, watches, or a premium customer service environment.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and can confidently lead the team in the absence of management.
- Is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term client relationships.
