Berluti seeks a Store Supervisor for its South Coast Plaza boutique in Costa Mesa, reporting to the Store Manager and supporting business performance, client development, team leadership and store operations. This is a permanent, full-time position with an annual base salary of USD 35–36 hourly and benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, disability plans, paid time off, employee perks and two employer-contribution retirement plans.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the supervision and development of store activity and performance, building a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the business.
- Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs for store sales, staff performance and CRM.
- Maximize sales potential across all in-store product categories by leveraging visual merchandising, training, CRM and events, and promoting synergies between categories.
- Partner with US headquarters teams and the Store Manager to identify key store opportunities and best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster customer loyalty to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
- Support the Store Manager with initiatives and ideas to drive the business.
- Lead morning briefings under the Store Manager’s guidance, ensuring key messages and priorities are clearly communicated.
- Promote the brand’s spirit through effective team communication; communicate and embody its strategic vision, goals, projects and initiatives, ensuring the team consistently reflects its values and behaviours.
- Engage the sales team by sharing best practices and providing on-the-floor coaching for real-time development.
- Work with the Store Manager on new-hire onboarding, individual and team development and training, and monitoring performance through development plans.
- Partner with the Store Manager to create a positive, inclusive work environment, empower teams and encourage innovative solutions.
- Work energetically and creatively to advance brand objectives.
- Ensure operational procedures are communicated, understood and implemented, particularly for transactions, inventories and transfers.
- Organize and contribute to stock management while upholding visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the boutique’s image and product care comply with House guidelines, securing the team’s commitment to these standards.
