Berluti in Beverly Hills seeks a Store Supervisor to lead sales, coaching and operations in its luxury men's boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in day-to-day management to ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved; monitor weekly and monthly store and CRM metrics.
- Deliver exceptional client service and foster customer loyalty through high-touch clienteling and personalised sales initiatives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team: run morning briefs, provide on-floor coaching, share best practices and participate in onboarding and ongoing training.
- Maximise sales across all product categories by leveraging visual merchandising, CRM, in-store events and cross-category synergies.
- Ensure retail operational excellence including transaction procedures, inventory and stock management, transfers and adherence to House presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' sales experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail, with prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
- Proven leadership ability with experience in coaching, developing and motivating sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with retail KPIs and CRM-driven client development.
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation and the ability to embody and transmit brand values.
- Proficient with retail technology and comfortable using CRM and POS systems.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience in luxury fashion or leather goods, including demonstrated supervisory responsibility and strong track record against sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Beverly Hills, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 29 per hour.
