Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage store opening, renewal, and refresh projects from timeline planning through layout coordination, ensuring alignment with global design standards and executing internal and external communications including stakeholder and department store negotiations
  • Control vendor and contractor performance throughout project execution to maintain cost discipline and quality standards
  • Organize and manage facility, fixture, and equipment maintenance across all locations, including procurement and inventory control
  • Oversee project execution and maintenance activities to ensure budget adherence while collaborating with Retail and Finance teams on capital expenditure and store-related costs
  • Maintain regular communication and reporting with global Architecture department to ensure seamless project coordination
  • Coordinate and facilitate additional planning initiatives related to spatial optimization, such as office relocations
  • Collaborate closely with Store and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational continuity
  • Provide strategic consultation to enhance store operations and retail performance
  • Support the furniture business segment in alignment with customer requirements and market demands

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in store design, architectural practice, interior design, or store planning supervision within luxury retail or related sectors
  • Comprehensive knowledge of department store operations and event management outside retail environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe Illustrator is desirable
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and planning techniques
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Self-motivated with resilient professional mentality and deep passion for luxury retail
