Berluti Store Manager position in Beijing, China. Lead luxury retail operations with 5+ years management experience and fluent English and Mandarin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and achieve assigned business targets in alignment with Retail Director oversight
- Develop and execute comprehensive store business plans incorporating marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and community engagement to drive foot traffic and expand the customer base
- Conduct market analysis to assess local competitive landscape, luxury market trends, and provide strategic feedback to leadership on product assortments and customer preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with quality standards and brand selling ceremonies
- Motivate and train sales associates to achieve assigned sales and productivity objectives, recognizing top performers
- Demonstrate active sales leadership on the selling floor and proactively manage clientelling functions
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Berluti's offerings, brand heritage, and maison news, ensuring all staff are similarly informed
- Oversee staff recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development while building succession plans
- Implement human resources policies and procedures, addressing team issues appropriately
- Prepare monthly quantitative and qualitative business reports for the Retail Manager
- Determine staffing requirements and create optimized schedules to match traffic patterns and coverage needs
- Manage store P&L with emphasis on controllable expenses, sales performance, and operating profitability
- Achieve all assigned key performance indicators
- Ensure consistent application of Berluti standards across merchandising, customer service, stock management, and administrative functions
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in luxury fashion
- Fluent command of English (written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong team management and motivational abilities
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
