Berluti Beijing Store Manager | Lead luxury retail operations, sales team, and business development in China.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store business plan including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, with emphasis on local market integration and community engagement
- Analyze local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and luxury market trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead sales team motivation, training, and development to achieve assigned sales and productivity targets
- Demonstrate active sales floor leadership and proactively manage the clientelling function to enhance customer relationships
- Supervise recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development of store personnel while ensuring succession planning
- Implement and maintain all human resources policies and procedures; address staff issues and conflicts appropriately
- Ensure comprehensive training programs covering sales techniques, customer service protocols, product knowledge, and company policies
- Maintain Berluti's service standards and brand consistency across store merchandising, customer service, and back-office operations
- Manage store P&L, including controllable expenses, sales forecasting, and operating profit optimization
- Prepare monthly quantitative and qualitative business reports for the Retail Manager
- Determine staffing needs and create schedules aligned with traffic patterns and coverage requirements
- Ensure all key performance indicators and business objectives are met consistently
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience in luxury fashion retail
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Demonstrated team management capability with strong motivational skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
