Stockroom Assistant role at Berluti, Singapore. Manage inventory, stock operations, and merchandise organization on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back-of-house operations and oversee comprehensive stock management
- Perform daily housekeeping of merchandise to maintain optimal storage conditions
- Verify accuracy of product labeling and ensure proper organization and storage of items
- Conduct weekly rotating inventories to minimize stock losses and discrepancies
- Track products including reservations, special orders, and transfer requests
- Assist the Store-in-Charge with store operations and merchandising coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or stockroom management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in PC applications including MS Word and Excel
- Highly motivated and service-oriented with enthusiasm for operational excellence

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry, with demonstrated expertise in inventory management, stock organization, and back-of-house operations within a luxury retail environment preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in retail operations or inventory management is advantageous.
