Join Berluti in Paris as a Stock Assistant. Full-time apprenticeship in luxury fashion, starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect merchandise arriving at the boutique to integrate it into physical stock.
  • Condition and dispatch merchandise to be returned to the manufacturer at the end of the collection.
  • Maintain stock organization, including re-labeling and arranging items.
  • Execute inter-store transfers and manage e-commerce requests, including transfers and pickings validation.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports detailing received items and completed transfers.
  • Prepare product shipments to the manufacturer for quality returns.
  • Condition, verify, and execute client shipments within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Participate in weekly rotating inventories to control stock, identify discrepancies, and report to management.
  • Collaborate with the stock manager during quarterly inventories, including preparation, scanning, organizing, and counting.
  • Receive and organize various ordered products related to activity, such as packaging and shoe trees.
