Berluti — Paris (8th): Sales Merchandising Intern, Leather Goods; 6-month internship starting July 2026 supporting sales merchandising and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly retail performance KPIs and dashboards to support strategic recommendations for the leather category.
- Maintain and refresh performance-tracking files for seasonal and core collections.
- Support weekly replenishment processes and seasonal rebalancing to optimise inventory flow across boutiques.
- Contribute to communication and reporting tools for major leather-goods launches and key commercial events.
- Produce a monthly newsletter for local sales merchandisers summarising performance, guidelines and product highlights.
- Assist in seasonal buying sessions: prepare briefs and framing materials, analyse regional purchase trends, monitor assortment guidelines and create follow-up tracking tools.
- Participate in projects to improve category management and merchandising governance for leather products.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a Master’s-level programme (Bac+4/5) in business, management, merchandising or equivalent university degree.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical rigour, analytical mindset and structured communication skills.
- Genuine interest and sensitivity to the men’s luxury and leather goods sector.
