Berluti Paris internship: Sales Merchandising Assistant (6 months, Jan 2027). Support retail analytics and ready-to-wear category management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update and create retail performance management indicators on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain and update performance tracking files for collection management
- Conduct weekly replenishment and support seasonal rebalancing initiatives across the boutique network
- Monitor and communicate on major ready-to-wear category product launches
- Produce monthly newsletters for distribution to local sales merchandisers
- Participate in seasonal buying sessions within the showroom
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for ready-to-wear category management and operational support for leather goods
Qualifications
- Third-year business school student or equivalent university education
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior internship or professional experience in merchandising, retail, or marketing preferred
- Strong analytical acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent structured communication skills
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury menswear and fashion
