Berluti seeks a Sales Associate in Munich, Germany — full-time role delivering luxury client experiences and driving sales in the Munich boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an extraordinary, personalised client experience on the selling floor and act as a true ambassador of the Maison.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and cross-selling of shoes, leather goods and ready-to-wear.
- Cultivate and develop long-term relationships with local and international clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain and apply CRM practices (mailings, e-mailings, thank-you letters) and produce timely reports for the Central team.
- Support after‑sales service in accordance with Maison standards and coordinate with store operations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in stock checks, replenishment and inventory control to preserve merchandise accuracy and availability.
- Ensure full compliance with Berluti operational, security and visual merchandising standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; 5+ years in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate effective cross-selling and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; service- and client-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrated teamwork and a professional, polished presentation aligned with a luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, with 5+ years in luxury retail preferred. Experience must include direct clienteling, CRM use and working with high-end menswear, footwear or leather accessories.

The successful candidate will be located in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
