Role & Responsibilities
- Create extraordinary and unique experiences for customers, demonstrating sales leadership on the selling floor
- Acquire and demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of Berluti's product range to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Cultivate new and existing relationships with both local and international clientele through personalized engagement and follow-up
- Implement CRM practices including mailings, e-communications, and customer thank-you correspondence; report activities to the central team
- Ensure compliance with Berluti's operational and security policies while maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Participate in regular inventory checks, stocking, and restocking activities to maintain accuracy and alignment with headquarters directives
- Meet all key performance indicator (KPI) objectives and sales targets as established by management
- Deliver post-sale support and assistance aligned with Maison values, and maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Demonstrated agility, positive mindset, and strong cross-selling capabilities
- Proven sales leadership ability with business acumen and passion for creative excellence
- Strong client and service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Consistent ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
