Berluti Sales Associate — Conduit St., London. Full‑time retail role delivering clienteling, sales and boutique operations for Berluti in central London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Berluti’s selling ceremony and maison standards.
- Actively sell on the floor to achieve individual and store sales targets, demonstrating strong cross‑selling and upselling capability.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM activities (mailings, e‑mailings, thank‑you letters) and accurate reporting to the Central team.
- Acquire and maintain deep product and technical knowledge of Berluti collections to maximise sales opportunities and advise clients authoritatively.
- Support store operations including stock receiving, replenishment, inventory accuracy and adherence to security and operational policies.
- Sustain Visual Merchandising standards and the overall condition of the boutique as directed by headquarters.
- Provide after‑sales assistance in line with Maison values and escalate service issues appropriately.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong commercial acumen.
- Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client‑centric mindset with demonstrable clienteling and CRM discipline.
- Collaborative team player with positive attitude and ability to represent the Maison with discretion and professionalism.
