Berluti seeks a Sales Advisor in Cannes (full-time, permanent) to deliver luxury client service across shoes, leather goods and menswear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an authentic brand ambassador, delivering a highly personalised and ceremonial luxury sales experience to local and international clientele.
  • Welcome, advise and build long-term relationships with clients across shoes, leather goods and ready-to-wear assortments.
  • Close sales and actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store revenue and KPI targets.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives to ensure product presentation reflects Berluti’s aesthetic and commercial priorities.
  • Manage after-sales processes including alterations, repairs and client follow-up to guarantee service quality and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' proven retail experience selling men’s shoes or menswear within the luxury sector.
  • Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian or Hindi are strong advantages.
  • Excellent client service orientation with superior listening, presentation and advisory skills for a demanding international clientele.
  • Commercial creativity, enthusiasm, responsiveness, rigorous work habits and genuine team spirit.

Experience

Minimum three years of direct sales experience in luxury menswear or specialised men’s footwear retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
