Berluti Paris internship: 6-month Retail Merchandising Intern role supporting Europe & Middle East operations, sales tracking, and training initiatives. January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze sales performance across the Europe & Middle East boutique network
  • Manage stock requests and coordinate transfers between boutiques
  • Oversee and animate the Personalization service offering in collaboration with boutiques, merchandising teams, and the central Made to Order division
  • Participate in collection buying sessions and new product evaluations with merchandisers in the showroom
  • Support ad hoc projects including boutique openings, relocations, and pop-up store launches across the zone
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and contribute to collection briefings for the marketing team
  • Execute ad hoc analyses as requested
  • Monitor progress of Allure Ambassador and conversation training initiatives
  • Develop training tools to transmit product knowledge and craftsmanship expertise to the boutique network
  • Gain practical retail experience through rotations in Parisian boutiques focusing on sales and inventory management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent university-level qualification
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and synthesis mindset
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury and retail environments
